Lip Balms are essential for many of us as it helps to keep our lips hydrated so that they don’t chap and irritated. Also, putting lip balm on before applying lipstick helps to create a smooth and supple base for the lipstick to glide on smoothly. Especially for matte lipstick which contains more wax and pigment which tends to make our lips look drier. After all, lipstick doesn’t show well on chapped lips, right?
